The Monthly association dues vary from $449-$499,depending the floor plan, for the first and second phases and $240 for the last phase.
The homeowners association dues for the first and second phases include front/side and rear yard landscape maintenance, earthquake and fire insurance on the structure, roof maintenance, cable TV with showtime, maintenance of common areas, exterior pest control, project security program and trash collection. Also included in the dues are usage of community pools and spas.
The homeowners association dues for the last phase include maintenance of common areas, security gates/gatehouse and patrol, maintenance of private streets, cable TV and trash collection.
