We are from Alberta, Canada and have recently closed on a new condo unit

"knows her stuff" and is extremely efficient in dealing with all matters
related to the deal. She also went beyond the call of duty and in
various areas including lining up a contractor to execute the repairs
required as a result of the home inspection and even coordinated a
locksmith for us to do the key change. During the negotiation phase a
few issues a rose which without her expertise and skills could have

Being new to the
process of purchasing a home in the U.S., we were more than a little
overwhelmed with what we read. We did contact other realtors, but the
'fit' just didn't seem right. We knew we would need someone to hold our
hand through the process so wanted to feel comfortable with whomever we
