maintenance of common areas, exterior pest control,
project security program and trash collection. Also
included in the dues are usage of community pools
and spas.
The homeowners association dues for the last phase
include maintenance of common areas, security gates/gatehouse
and patrol, maintenance of private streets, cable
TV and trash collection.
