Coachella Valley Market Update

The median price of a detached home in the Coachella Valley at the end of July fell to $665,500, down 6.3% year over year. The median attached price declined in July to $450,000 and is now down 6% year over year. This monthly decline, while abnormally large, is still within the seasonal pattern.

From now until August 21st, you can drop off items at any Desert Sotheby’s International Realty location in Palm Springs, La Quinta, or Indian Wells. Those items will be collected up by CDAR YPN volunteers then distributed by Riverside County Sheriffs to help strengthen our communities through sports & outdoor play.

From mid-June to mid-July, 123 Farm’s lavender is in full bloom. Although the fields remain purple throughout July, they continually harvest the lavender as a working farm. 123 farms uses the harvested lavender to create their beauty products and food items. Guided tractor tours daily. Listen to live musical performances every nights from 6:30 to 9 pm
