The homeowners association dues for the first and second phases include front/side and rear yard landscape maintenance, earthquake and fire insurance on the structure, roof maintenance, cable TV with showtime, maintenance of common areas, exterior pest control, project security program and trash collection. Also included in the dues are usage of community pools and spas.
